All sales at Jacksonville Paintball & Airsoft Park are final. We do not offer any refunds or returns on purchases, services, or bookings.

Reservation Deposits
Deposits paid for any reservation are non-refundable. However, we understand that plans may change, and we are happy to reschedule your event under the following conditions:

• Rescheduling (48-Hour Notice): You may reschedule your party to another available date with at least 48-hour notice. Please contact us as soon as possible to make the necessary arrangements.

• Rescheduling (Day-of, Extreme Weather): If extreme weather conditions occur on the day of your scheduled event, we may allow rescheduling with written permission from a manager. To request a reschedule due to weather, please email us on the day of your event or earlier, and we will assess the situation.

Special Events
For special events, all sales are final. There are no refunds or rain checks offered for any reason, including weather.
